Access Bars Research: Exploring the Transformative Effects

In recent years, alternative approaches have gained popularity, with individuals seeking holistic methods to address mental health concerns. One such technique that has sparked interest is Access Bars.

Independent Bars Survey results - March to September 2019

480 participants with self-report of anxiety, depression or stress:

Here are the Results;

  • 204 participants reported pain - 78.43% indicated a decrease in pain
  • 338 participants reported stress - 97.6% indicated a decrease in stress
  • 278 participants reported anxiety - 86.6% indicated a decrease in anxiety
  • 392 participants reported being less than extremely happy - 61.9% indicated an increase in happiness.

How does it get any better than that?

How do the Access Bars work?

Access Bars is a gentle, non-invasive energy modality that involves a practitioner touching 32 points on the head, known as "Bars." These points are believed to correspond to different areas of life, such as joy, healing, money, creativity, and more. The gentle touch is intended to dissipate electromagnetic charge associated with thoughts, feelings, and emotions, leading to a sense of calm and relaxation.

Access Bars Research:

A pilot study that was published in the Energy Psychology Journal in November 2017 delved into the effects of Access Bars on anxiety and depression. This groundbreaking research sheds light on the potential of this unique practice to bring about positive changes in mental well-being.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Access Bars on anxiety and depression levels in participants. The research design included a small sample size, with individuals experiencing mild to moderate levels of anxiety and depression. Over a predetermined period, participants engaged in Access Bars sessions, and the researchers measured changes in their mental health using standardised assessment tools.

Positive Outcomes:

The results of the Access Bars Research were promising, indicating a significant reduction in both anxiety and depression levels among participants. The researchers observed improvements in participants' lives, including enhanced sleep quality, increased energy levels, and a greater sense of overall well-being. These findings suggest Access Bars may be a valuable complementary approach to conventional mental health interventions.

Holistic Approach to Mental Health:

Access Bars operates on the principle that the body and mind are interconnected. By releasing energy blockages, individuals can experience improvements in their mental and emotional states. This holistic approach aligns with the growing recognition of the mind-body connection in mainstream psychology and medicine. While further research with larger sample sizes and controlled designs is necessary, the initial results raise intriguing possibilities for integrating energy-based therapies into mental health care.

Pioneering Step for Mental Health:

The pilot study on the effects of Access Bars on anxiety and depression represents a pioneering step in exploring the potential of energy-based therapies in mental health care. These findings offer hope and intrigue. As individuals seek alternative and complementary approaches to mental well-being, Access Bars stands out as a unique modality that warrants further investigation.

As alternative methods evolve, the integration of holistic practices like Access Bars may contribute to a more personalised approach to mental health treatment.
